Cancellations

As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your appointment 72 hours prior to your scheduled date and time. We maintain a 72-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If 72-hour notice is not provided, your account will be charged the full service amount.

Please give 72 hours notice if you must reschedule your appointment. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification (except in emergency of course.

No Shows

Regretfully, “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the full service amount. Same-day appointments that cancel are subject to a 100% charge of the intended service.

Late Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened products returned within 15 days will be honored as store credit with a valid receipt. No refunds on prepaid packages or series. Gift certificates are transferable but not refundable.

Refunds for a Series of Treatments

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other spa services credit of equal value.

You must explicitly give us permission to join our email list. We will not add you automatically because you purchased something from us, sent us an inquiry via email, gave us your business card, or attended one of our events.
We send email updates with special offers about once a month. There are fabulous deals and we encourage you to join the club.Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
