We are seeking a Client Concierge / Brand Builder to work alongside two busy professionals and become an important part of our growing team. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a multi-faceted role.
This is going to be a very fun position that may include walking two French bulldogs on occasion and also may include cleaning and tidying our office space.

Beach Beauty Bar and Acne Clinic provides a holistic solution and treatment to clear acne. We provide in-person acne treatments in our Huntington Beach clinic, as well as offer virtual clearing through our online program, Consciously Clear. Love and Recovery is an online greeting card and lifestyle brand for people in recovery from alcoholism and chemical addiction.

Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients via telephone, text message and email.
- Checking out clients, rescheduling client appointments, and reviewing treatment protocols with clients.
- Communicating with Rene and Sammy regarding client concerns, project status, etc.
- Inventory management and procurement.
- Business development and sales for Beach Beauty Bar & Acne Clinic and Love & Recovery (developing new partnerships with retail outlets for L&R and new client leads for Beach Beauty Bar & Acne Clinic).
- Packing and shipping products to clients.
- Review haircare and makeup products for pore clogging ingredients (we will train).
- Beachy Clean Clinical Skincare product knowledge.
- Plan and execute social media strategy (in-clinic photos, stories, reels, etc.) for both BBB and L&R.
- Food prep and organize filming of Clear Skin Kitchen each week.
- Help find and reach out to social media influencers.
Skills for Success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the skincare/wellness industry helpful.
- Software/Technology Experience: Mind Body, Word Press, Woo Commerce, Email Marketing, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram.
